    2.5mg still working after months?

Nicky2008 just described my exact old Monday restart loop. Exhausting cycle. The fact that it actually stopped is still kind of surprising.

    Finally feel like ME again!

Quitting after three shots when the side effects were that severe isn't failure - lethargy, nausea, and heartburn together is a real load to push through. Some people come back to it later at a lower starting dose and find a much easier experience.

2 years on MJ: My story!

730 days on Mounjaro and the brain space that opens when food stops occupying it fills with other things. Reading, albums, small interests that come back are the parallel story to the weight numbers.

Coming off sema... what should I expect?

Muscle loss gets glossed over way too much. Appetite's so suppressed you can barely eat enough to hold muscle, let alone build. Your body doesn't pick between fat and muscle in a big deficit. Lift 3x, hammer the protein even when food sucks, and you'll look way better when the weight drops.

Sema or Tirz: Which to try first?

On mounjaro since Nov, lost 39 lbs, eating habits totally flipped. Doc raised it to 7.5 since 5 wasn't cutting it anymore. Hoped the bump would give the same kick but it's only working two days then hunger's back and I'm craving snacks. Worried it won't work anymore. Just two shots at 7.5 so far.

    GHK-Cu soreness - any tricks?

I do daily injections because more frequent shots = more stable levels, less side effects like high hematocrit. wanted to dial in baseline first. thinking about switching to mon/wed/fri to see how that shifts things.

Can I take my shot a little early?

pure hgh for like 10 years was a mistake, caused glucose issues. now on metformin 1000mg ER, tirzepatide 1.5mg a week, and brenzavvy 10mg daily with tight glucose control. if you've got low IGF-1 just skip it. optimize your T and work on other stuff like inflammation.

    Savings on Sema? Whoa.

I saw a thread where someone mentioned they're paying only $25 a month for their diabetes medication with a coupon. It's amazing how much prices vary!

    Savings on Sema? Whoa.

I've saved a ton by not eating or drinking as much. I now max out my retirement accounts every year. I've also set aside enough cash to pay for a cosmetic procedure without going into debt.

    Ozempic rebound - anyone else?

Yep, gained back 20+ pounds in about that time. Went right back on the weekly injections. My weight loss is a bit slower this time.

Half a year, 35 lbs gone!

Thanks for sharing your story. I'm also in my late 30s, 5'7", and around 197 lbs, aiming for 157, so this is really inspiring. Just had my first injection yesterday!

    Best time to start shots?

What days do you typically crave or overeat the most? I'd recommend injecting 48 hours before and at night to avoid daytime discomfort.
