    I don't know many pills, even with long half-lives, that are dosed only once a week. Weekly dosing is usually for more inconvenient routes. Not having to take meds daily is an advantage for many diabetics.

    There is a reason. However, I think the reason is that they wanted a once-weekly dose. It's easier to get people to take medication once a week.

    I've also noticed the 'side effect' of not wanting to shop online anymore. I used to get packages all the time, just buying random stuff when I was bored. Now I don't even open the shopping apps.

    I'd bet it does affect cravings since they both affect GLP-1 and GIP receptors. Retatrutide is also a glucagon receptor agonist though, so that's the difference.
