I don't know many pills, even with long half-lives, that are dosed only once a week. Weekly dosing is usually for more inconvenient routes. Not having to take meds daily is an advantage for many diabetics.
I've also noticed the 'side effect' of not wanting to shop online anymore. I used to get packages all the time, just buying random stuff when I was bored. Now I don't even open the shopping apps.
I'd bet it does affect cravings since they both affect GLP-1 and GIP receptors. Retatrutide is also a glucagon receptor agonist though, so that's the difference.
