    Jiu-Jitsu recovery boosters?

I hurt my knee doing jiu jitsu (39 here). I began taking bpc 157... 500 mcg twice a day. Once when I woke up and once before bed. Did that for about a month. In the first week, minor pains disappeared plus a lot of inflammation. Back to sparring by the end of the month. I keep bpc 157 on hand...

Down a pant size... or two!

I'm in the market for new belts myself. I'm on the last hole and still hike up my pants when walking. There's a gap of several inches at the waist as well, so new pants are likely needed. I'm a middle-aged guy who's dropped from roughly 175 to 150 over four months, thanks to Ozempic for T2...

That's over a 35kg difference! You've dropped more than 30% of your initial body weight. Amazing!

    PT-141 for the wife...? Dosage?

The general consensus appears to be that you should start with a small dose (0.5 mg) to check tolerance. But, be aware that with such a low dose, she may experience adverse effects without any 'benefits'. There are several websites that offer dosing schedules. Search the forum; you'll find a few...

    PT-141 for the wife...? Dosage?

I'm not answering any more questions until O-O-Ozempic says whether his wife has been consulted.

    PT-141 for the wife...? Dosage?

Even if nothing fatal happens, it's still a bad scenario if she doesn't know about it. I am all for a clear statement like 'She wants to look into this and I'm helping her by gathering info' right at the beginning of discussions like these.

How long did it take you?

    PT-141 for the wife...? Dosage?

Um, AntAF has a point. O-O-Ozempic, can you confirm that your wife is aware of this, has consented, and you're just doing some preliminary research for her to review? Because I'm suddenly concerned that might not be the case.

Hate my post-weight loss body - anyone else?

Probably! I'm not sure there's a real definition of skinny fat, but it's likely a lot of people on these meds end up there after losing significant weight. Building muscle helps!

Hate my post-weight loss body - anyone else?

I lost about 80 pounds and have tons of loose skin. In Canada, a panniculectomy is covered. I'm paying extra to have a fleur de lis procedure at the same time. Ask your doctor for a referral to a plastic surgeon.

Hate my post-weight loss body - anyone else?

I'm 72, and losing weight, improving my A1c and kidney function are all worth it, even if my body isn't perfect.

    Peptides while on seizure meds?

You never know, one of these peptides could potentially even help your condition. Fingers crossed!

Crap! Took Cagri instead of Tirz...

I think everyone is different. This is important, you can't rely on the drug alone.

Crap! Took Cagri instead of Tirz...

Even that lower dose of 2.5mg can be rough. I accidentally took 1mg of something with 7.5mg of Triz a couple weeks ago and I'm just now able to eat normally again.
