    Pen tricks: worth it?

Yep, I do the same thing. As far as I know, the pens last way longer than the suggested time frame. I measure out 30 clicks for a half dose and can get about two months out of one pen. Plus, I use a syringe to get out any extra at the end.

Exercise ain't that great for weight loss?!

Articles like this just give people an excuse to skip exercising. While I do think the right kind of exercise can absolutely assist in weight loss, there are many more benefits to exercise than just losing weight. People think walking for a half-hour a few times a week is 'exercise'. It's not...

    Xmas glow-up, inside and out!

Looking at some old Christmas pics... Wow. In the first one, I was with someone who didn't value me, plus I wasn't happy with my health. The recent pic? Still working on things, but I'm heading in the right direction, and treating myself better. That's the plan for this year, at least.

    Best time for Reta shots?

Just wanted to add to what TheQuest280 said about shot times - what matters most is consistency. Pick a time and stick to it.

    Best time for Reta shots?

I inject every 3 days. I felt it kept me on an even keel all week. I inject before bed because if you get the odd effect you sleep through it. My mornings get hectic, so it's just easier at night. Really, it comes down to what works for you.

    Slow Progress? You're not alone!

I started semaglutide in April of '24 and I've only lost about 30 pounds. BUT it's been the best 30 pounds of my life. I went from almost a size 16 to a size 10. I feel like myself again. So even though it's been slow and expensive, I'd do it all again. If I hadn't started this, I'd probably...

    Slow Progress? You're not alone!

Congrats on your success! I needed this post today. I'm only losing like, half a pound a week and it's discouraging. I'm also paying out of pocket and on a mid-range dose because of the cost.

Got something OTHER than GHK-Cu :/

I've heard some people have good results with PT-141, but others get side effects. It's supposed to help with ED. Worth looking into if that's something you're dealing with.

Got something OTHER than GHK-Cu :/

True. But GHK-cu isn't a sketchy substance anyway. It's a normal cosmetic product so it shouldn't need any hidden tactics. Those online listings are often pretty bad. Sorry that happened!

Sema progress - 3 months in!

I've been on this for about 5 months now and it's been a wild ride. Started at 225, now I'm hovering around 200. Slow and steady, which is what I wanted. I've had minimal side effects, thankfully.

    Stacking peps...timing?

Hey LillyLover_88 I've used Thymosin Alpha 1 before. I felt like it helped me bounce back faster when I was feeling run down. I did notice a mild headache after the first dose, but nothing too bad. I've been considering getting back on it now that cold season is upon us.

Best way to get acetic acid?

It's not about the cagri itself degrading, though. The problem is that it can clump into fibrils, which are known to be toxic. We don't have data on how sensitive that process is to pH, or how it changes with time and temperature. We just know it's less likely to happen at pH 4 than at a...
