    I'd see a wrist specialist to be sure everything is ok. BPC is supposed to reduce inflammation. Maybe ice it and take some ibuprofen in the meantime.

    Yeah, could be the source of the peptides. Sometimes the stuff they use to make them can cause issues. Or they're adding fillers. Make sure you're using bacteriostatic water too, not sterile.

    Regarding the cost of some of these medications... I see that generic alternatives for some of the GLP-1 drugs may be available in Canada fairly soon. I saw one source saying they might be available this fall at a much reduced cost to the name-brand version. Could be good news for some!
