    Switching between GLP-1 meds

This might be a basic question but I am new. If someone had really bad nausea from just one starter dose of semaglutide and it lasted weeks, does that mean they would probably react the same way to tirzepatide? Or is it different enough that it could be tolerated better? I am scared to try...

Anyone else struggling to find Teso?

I'm on TRT and looking to drop some body fat. Would something like Sermorelin be a good choice, or are there better options for someone already on TRT? I'm not looking to bulk up.

    Someone Said Something Nice!

I know right?! It's like, people assume I'm not trying, but it's the first time in my life I actually believe I can reach my goals. I'm down almost 130 pounds so far from my highest weight and have another 50ish to go to be in the normal range. Maybe some folks think it's easy, but it's still...

    Someone Said Something Nice!

So, my friend is a total straight shooter, says what she thinks, no filter. She's a transplant from NY, super tough. She managed to drop and keep off almost 100 lbs like, 15 yrs ago. Total inspiration. I don’t see her all that often, but we bumped into each other the other day, and I was ready...

    Mounjaro, 9 months in!

I kicked things off in Jan 2025, so around 8 months ago. I'm on 12.5mg and only down 41 lbs. Started at 259, and now I'm at 218. My goal is 180-185lbs by 2026, but I don't think I'll make it. Maybe by next spring.

    Almost a Year on Mounjaro!

That's a really good question, In_The_Making. I'm wondering the same thing. I'm trying to increase my protein intake to help.

One year on! Still can't believe it!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! It really helps to stay motivated. I'm still working toward my goal weight, but even if I don't get there, I'm so much healthier than I was a year ago!

One year on! Still can't believe it!

Hey everyone! It's been a year since I started this journey on July 8, 2024. I'm a 50-year-old male with T2D. Started at 337 lbs, and now I'm at 189 lbs, with a goal of 175. I was diagnosed with T2D in 2022 when my A1C was 9.8. I got it under control for a while, but slipped back into bad habits...

    Ozempic long-term - my story

    I've gone down a clothing size - that's cool!

    Ozempic long-term - my story

My A1C was also above 9 when my doctor suggested Ozempic. I've only managed to lose around 10 pounds, but I've only been on it for a couple of months and I'm not really trying very hard. It definitely helps curb my appetite, which helps me make better food choices. My cholesterol is also back in...

Loti Labs - anyone heard of them?

I've heard good things about one particular website... I think it starts with a P. Seem pretty good from what I've heard on other boards.
