Exactly. I wouldn't ever want to be more aggressive than the recommended dosages. Taking less or increasing more slowly? Okay. Taking more? Not a chance.
They didn't work for me at all. I just ate and ate on wellbutrin. also know wellbutrin can make you lose hair. LDN (low dose naltrexone - lower than contrave combo) is supposed to have many health benefits so I should just use what I have left for that.
I'm also seeing slow but steady progress, around .9 lbs per week. I'm trying to focus on the long-term process, not just the quick win. Still aiming for good calories, lots of protein and fiber. Thanks for the inspiration!
I considered the surgery but post-hernia repair, the surgeon was against it for me. I feel like it was the best decision. I'd hate for something bad to happen, but I initiated the shots, so it’s on me, not someone else.
