I agree with KetoKing that it can feel strangely easy for some people. I've lost about 85 pounds and didn't have to alter my diet. It fixed a hormonal issue, without a doubt.

For anyone struggling with the hunger coming back after stopping, remember it's not a willpower issue. Extreme calorie restriction can backfire and be unsustainable, especially right after stopping a GLP-1 medication. Talk to a registered dietician if possible for a sustainable plan.

But so boring, lol! I prefer the 3D-printed ones. I got several from our 3D printing guru back when he was selling them, including some cool custom designs. But really, whatever works best, right? I used to use shotgun shell cases.

I use some 3ml vial storage containers from LayeredGenius3D on Etsy. Good prices, and I'm happy with them.
