I shifted to Mounjaro back in summer of 2025 at 220 pounds, and now I'm sitting around 172 pounds. Really happy so far! Started on 2.5mg for about 2 months, then onto 5mg, and stayed there. When on 5mg, I moved to every 10 days. Upped the dosage of 5mg cause 2.5 stopped working.
