I've seen people say that one GLP's effectiveness is reduced by another. But I am not sure how true that is since they target the same receptors, but who knows? There isn't any research out there. Just anecdotal stories.
I would start with tirzepatide. It seems pretty effective, has a decent amount of research behind it, and you can find a lot of information on it. Doctors know more about it (if you need help) and the price is okay right now.
I agree with Reese_44, pick the least expensive one that works for you, and go from there.
I also don't think stacking is necessary unless you're at the highest dose and even then...
I've managed to drop 75 pounds over the last 9 months thanks to semaglutide! Was looking at some photos I took with my son, and the difference in my face is remarkable!
Started at 290 lbs, now at 215 lbs and on 1.7mg.
I got my PBS from a big online retailer! I mix with one cc of that, then one cc of bacteriostatic water after it's dissolved. If I only use BAC, mine get cloudy.
TitrationTechnician It's great you're asking about diet and exercise, as that's really essential for long-term success. So many people think these meds are a quick fix but they're really just tools to help us make lasting lifestyle changes.
