    I agree. I'd never go back to my old ways, feeling like garbage all the time. Now I have energy to play with my kids. Small changes make a huge difference.

    I can't wait to experience that feeling! I started on this medication in February, and I've already dropped almost 35 pounds. I'm flying in a couple of months, so I'll be a completely different person by then!

    I get my steps in at my job, plus housework, but the only real cardio I enjoy is bouncing on my mini trampoline, lol.

    Hey CompoundLoss, I mostly focused on limiting carbs and sugar, and my dose has been going up slowly, as my doctor recommended.

    Almost at the finish line, but dropping 87 pounds since late July '23 is a HUGE win for me. Down to 319 now!
