It's like people HATE seeing obese people get healthier if it involves meds. People would rather we just die from diabetes or heart attacks! It's ridiculous.

To prove photos aren't fake, people often hold a paper with their username or the current date. Something hard to fake. But honestly, does it matter if random people don't believe you? The rest of us see it works, so celebrate!
