    Bloodwork on Tirzepatide?

Standard baseline before tirzepatide: fasting glucose, HbA1c, lipid panel, liver enzymes. Six-month follow-up covers the same markers.

Red rash after pinning - bad bac water?

The plunger-pull technique is the standard workaround when drawing from a multi-use vial - keeps the needle in place and avoids recontaminating the rubber stopper.

    I'm HOT at 53! 🔥

Getting better with age at 53 and noticing it is the arc the scale doesn't fully capture. The confidence shift - not needing the extra layer at Mexico heat - is the body-image part catching up.

    Off the meds, still good!

To be honest, the biggest thing for me was changing my mindset. I had to really focus on making healthy choices and creating new habits that I could maintain long-term. The medicine helped me get there, but it wasn't a magic bullet. It was a tool to help me change my lifestyle.

    Off the meds, still good!

Hey Scale_Ready, I started about a year and a half prior to stopping. Went from around 240 to 185. The belly fat definitely took some time, but it came off eventually with diet and workouts. Consistency is key!

Before & After on GLP-1s: What to Expect

Great write up, seriously. This hit. I'm down about 30 lbs and still grab the same size shirts out of habit. My wife keeps telling me they look baggy. The mind thing is real. Question for you - do you think hunger coming back automatically means it's time to increase dose? Or could it just be...

    GLP-1s and bone health?

You might wanna look into oxandrolone (anavar). It's an oral anabolic steroid, but don't freak out. It's got lots of studies behind it, and low doses like 5-10mg a day have been used to treat muscle wasting, burns, and even help heal ligaments and tendons. Plus, it can strengthen bones. They've...

    Down 85 pounds, feeling great!

I focus on protein and veggies, and I try to stay away from processed stuff as much as possible. Sometimes I'll have a protein shake if I'm not hungry but know I need to eat something.

    Down 85 pounds, feeling great!

Lots of talk 'bout bad reactions, but luckily I haven't had many issues. My diet is totally different now. Maybe that's why I'm doing okay. Planning to get back to some cardio, maybe jogging. My weight was holding me back after my surgeries, but no more! 🙌
