Counting clicks is the reliable method for tracking dose. Keep needles stocked - most people get more than the labeled shot count when tracking by clicks.
There are books about using Ozempic written by doctors. They can give expert advice on diet, calories, hydration, etc. If you just want to chat, that's different. But since you asked for "advice," maybe check out one of those books.

I'm on Mounjaro, not Ozempic. I signed up for a meal kit service and I'm throwing away way less food. The portions are perfect and they only take a half hour to make. I only buy groceries if I'm having people over. Aside from coffee and almond milk, obviously.
