Started around 235 lbs, and today I'm hovering around 135. About a year and two months total. I seriously can't express how grateful I am to feel like I've turned things around. This has been an amazing ride.

Remember that this is a tool, and works best combined with healthy habits. I've found that a low carb diet makes a huge difference.
