Started 5mg, crept up slow. 15mg absolutely wrecked me, hit hard psychologically. Doc's cool with where I'm at now, staying 5mg until plateau, then maybe 7.5. Getting back to myself again as this stuff leaves my system.

Best thing is to go slow with dosing because water retention will puff you up, especially your face, but it fades after a few weeks. I needed a pretty high dose for sleep to actually get better—at about 400 of each now and sleeping way better. Take it before bed, wait like 30 mins for the flush...

Have you considered increasing your dose? 1.5mg is still in the titration phase. The clinical trials used 2.4mg as the therapeutic dose, so you might not be getting the full effect yet.
