I def have a sweet tooth on Reta now and then (and I was on a carnivore diet for 3 years, so sweets used to be a non-issue). Currently doing 2.5mg of reta to maintain. It curbs my hunger.

I have a big sweet tooth, and Tirz nuked it for about half a year. Then, seemingly overnight, it got weaker? I can still resist sweets better than before, but it now takes my full focus.
