    Slow & Steady wins the race?

    Pounds gone, fingers... not so much!

    Tirz in a hot mailbox - ruined?

    Just got a notification that my peptide kit was delivered a couple of days ago and it's been sitting in my mailbox since then! Problem is, I live where it's super hot. Am I screwed here? Can I still freeze it and use it or is it garbage?

    Hit my goal a year later!

    Today marks a year since I started, and I'm picking up my 2.4mg dose. About six months ago, I shared that my doc kept me on lower doses longer to minimize any bad reactions. My stretch goal is to reach about 140-145lbs within the next six months. Slow & steady wins the race!
