Hit my goal! Skin removal next!

Unless it's medically necessary, I'd suggest holding off on skin removal. They say it can take up to 18 months for your skin to adapt after you've stopped losing weight. You might find it shrinks back more than you think.

    GLP-1s and keeping muscle?

CGMs and GLP-1s: Who's Using 'Em?

I wish the apps from Abbott were better, but being able to download the data as a CSV is nice. So many graphs!

CGMs and GLP-1s: Who's Using 'Em?

One morning I felt like absolute garbage and checked my blood sugar just out of curiosity (I keep a cheap monitor at home). It was super low, like under 30 low 🥴, and I don't have diabetes. Immediately got a prescription for a CGM, now using a Libre 3 and it's been great, though the app could be...

CGMs and GLP-1s: Who's Using 'Em?

With these GLP-1 meds potentially causing low blood sugar, I'm curious who's monitoring with a CGM and what brand are you using?
