    Anyone experimenting with ketones?

been researching which peptide combo actually holds muscle while dropping fat. tesa looks better for visceral fat than cjc-1295 but it costs way more. seen people stack cjc and ipamorelin for synergy but tesa doesn't always get paired that way. anyone got real experience with this?

Mounjaro: Stress Eating Replaced with Stress Driving!

food companies will adjust temporarily with smaller portions but think about this — they're evil enough to find a way to neutralize glp-1s. read about it a year ago. we live in a time where companies don't do the right thing. sad.

Anyone else get grossed out by food on sema?

Update: So I dropped down to 0.25mg after talking with my doc, and food noise is coming back already. I feel like I am constantly thinking about food this week! It's such a change from the last few weeks where I barely thought about it. Anyone else experience food noise returning on a lower dose?

Anyone else get grossed out by food on sema?

Just thinking about food makes me nauseous. All food. I do like water, though. I might ask my doctor to lower my dose. It took three months to shed around five pounds, and now I've dropped five pounds in A WEEK. That's too fast, I think.

Anyone else get grossed out by food on sema?

Same here. I'm around 10 weeks in and not craving or enjoying the nutritious stuff I normally eat. Savory dishes, chicken, cheeses, and salads now make me feel sick. Now, I just want simple carbs. Really odd, and I haven't had any stomach issues either. 🤷‍♀️

GLP-1: Eating less, still no scale movement

That's a good idea, Bio_Beer941. It takes some time to get your vitamin D levels up after starting supplements, so it's not a super fast fix, but could be worth looking into.

    Ozempic and energy levels?

I am still struggling with energy levels. I also have POTS, and I am wondering if there could be a connection.

GLP-1: Eating less, still no scale movement

I spent 3 months on one medication and gained 6lbs. Switched to another and lost 80lbs in 9 months. Night and day difference between the meds, but calorie tracking really helps. Depending on your weight and mobility, do something to raise your heart rate. I live in a city and bike/walk a lot...

    Ozempic and energy levels?

Thanks for the replies, everyone! It's good to know I'm not alone in experiencing these energy fluctuations. ThinTale, that makes sense about the calorie deficit. I'll try to be more mindful of that. Maybe I was a bit too aggressive with my diet changes at the start.

What are you using to track calories, and are you weighing all your food?

    Ozempic and energy levels?

I've been using Ozempic for several months and my energy levels have been all over the place. At first, shedding pounds gave me a real boost, but recently it's been inconsistent. Some days I'm up and at 'em, other days I'm dragging and it's hard to stick to my workouts. Has anyone else...

Tirzepatide tummy troubles - Sema a better bet?

I'm taking about 17-18 mg weekly with good appetite reduction for 2 months now. I planned to increase toward 20-25 mg to reach my goal, but started stacking semaglutide 6 weeks ago. I'm at 1 mg sema now. The original plan was to reduce the tirzepatide as I went up on the sema, but honestly...

Down 20, but it doesn't *look* like it?

Barely noticeable difference, you'd think! My family teases me about the obsession with the scale, but clearly the tape measures and how stuff fits says otherwise.

    Questionable Retatrutide?

That's a good point. It's hard to know sometimes if it's just a coincidence or something more serious.

    Questionable Retatrutide?

Let's be real, we all know that 'retatrutide' (aka GLP-3) is just Reta. Vendors are just trying to get around regulations by renaming their stuff.

Filter Loss - Am I Doing This Right?

I talked about this when I mentioned filtering, but someone told me it was just my imagination, even though you can CLEARLY see the peptide in the filter. I prime and flush, but it's hard to tell how much is really in there. Someone claimed they knew how to avoid absorption, but I bet she isn't...
