Weight loss without exercise on GLP-1's?

Two pounds in three months with night cravings still active means appetite suppression isn't fully working - 1mg may not be enough for your response curve yet.

    Low ferritin on GLP-1s?

The decision threshold for IV iron is usually symptoms plus functional impact, not the number alone - ferritin in the 170-180 range is suboptimal for active people, and on a GLP-1 with reduced intake, keeping it supported is easier than recovering from a deeper deficit.

    Just started, SO sick!

Starting sema at 0.5mg on day one is the most common source of a brutal opening week - the GI system needs 4 weeks at 0.25mg before going higher. BPC preworkout lightheadedness is a blood pressure dip, not a reaction.

Sema or Tirz: Which to try first?

I've heard some people have different side effects when switching between sema and tirz. Has anyone experienced that? I'm especially curious about changes in bowel habits... sorry if that's too much info!

Sema or Tirz: Which to try first?

I used sema for around 2 years and then plateaued for a couple of months before switching to tirz.

MOTS-c AND SLU at the same time?

I saw someone ask about sermorelin with TRT. They don't even do the same thing! TRT replaces testosterone while sermorelin, with other peptides, can create a peptide cocktail of natural GH. But that won't replace testosterone!

MOTS-c AND SLU at the same time?

I'd only use SLU orally. It dissolves in DMSO at 1mg per 0.1mL, and you shouldn't go over 5% DMSO. The remaining carrier oils can be PEG400, PG, etc. If you mix it without DMSO first, you might end up with a cloudy suspension instead of a clear solution. You'd also need a .22 micron PTFE syringe...

Hate my post-weight loss body - anyone else?

I've heard good things about neck exercises and facial massage. Might be worth looking into, can't hurt!

Hate my post-weight loss body - anyone else?

There's always cosmetic surgery for loose skin if you can afford it. But also, try shifting your mindset. If you focus on flaws, you'll always find something to critique. When I was thinner, I hated my nose, skin, eyes, and hair. When I gained weight, I just wanted to be thin again. It's a...

Hate my post-weight loss body - anyone else?

Disgusted? Absolutely not! I'm happy I'm not facing serious complications. Some loose skin is no big deal!

    Lost 90lbs... but feeling down

Focus on how you feel not how you look. You will get there! I'm down 127lbs with 100 more to go. It's harder now because I feel so great, but I still see "the fat girl" in the mirror. I'm focused on the end game (surgery) and that I can finally MOVE!
