For sure, by summer, we'll see $99 T30, which is about $0.33 per mg of tirzepatide, LOL.

    New to GLP-1s? Start Here

So if a pen is 1mg and you're doing 4 injections at .25mg each, that's 1mg total, right? 4 x .25 = 1. If there's leftover after those 4 doses, you'd inject that remainder and then factor the difference into your next pen. Like if .08 stays, you'd only pull .17 from the fresh one.

Tirz plateau - what should RS do next?

Just remember it's not officially approved for anything other than the dosages marked on the pen. Counting clicks is off-label. But yes, it can be done safely and effectively. I believe .5mg is around 36-37 clicks on most pens.

Tirz plateau - what should RS do next?

I hadn’t heard they were discontinuing cagrilintide! Where did you find that info? I'm not doubting you, I'm just curious.

Finding a doc who knows anything about peptides is almost impossible! We're pretty much on our own. Luckily, there are some great resources online.

    Tirz from a gas station?!

Yep, that's better for a once-a-week shot with a starting dose of 2.5mg. If you have the option, use only 2ml of BAC water, then you'd inject 50 units on the syringe (0.5ml). That would give you 4x2.5mg doses (10mg total) spread over 4x0.5ml shots (for a total of 2ml).

    Tirz from a gas station?!

Wait, are you saying you're starting with 0.25mg of Tirz? The usual starting dose is 2.5mg. Seems like there's a big difference there. Are you going for a super low dose on purpose? If not, that vial could last you almost forever lol
