GLP-1: June '25 to Now
Stats: 36, Started at 229 lbs, now 165, ideal weight 140. Began injections early June. Cravings vanished instantly. Oddly, I quit biting my nails, and the pounds just melted. Since December, the scale's barely budged--down maybe 5 lbs. It feels less effective now; I'm on 1 mg. Grateful, truly...- Lean_AF
