That's awesome! I'm starting on a GLP-1 in a couple weeks myself (still researching which one) and I need to lose around 50 lbs too. My body looks just like your before pics right now. Seriously inspiring! It must be so much easier to just... get around now?! Congrats!

To answer some questions... it was about a year and a half, maybe a little less! And I tried to walk a bit every day but nothing crazy. Mostly the meds helping me get my eating under control!

I'm in my mid-thirties, about 5 foot 7. I went from around 240 pounds to 155! Clothes went from XL/size 16 to medium/size 6. I'm just so thankful for this medication. It's really given me a new lease on life and even fixed my messed-up relationship with food.

I think we get way more clear info from our grey vendors compared to the legal ones. We can't forget that the 'legal' market isn't always great. Lots of them changed the world for the worse.

My stats are super close to yours! Was 240, now 202 (and stuck!) Goal is 180 too. Major congrats, you're killing it! Can you share what you eat in a normal day?
