    My energy levels were all over the place at the beginning. Some days I felt great, other days I was super tired. Now I'm feeling more consistent, but I make sure to eat regularly and get enough protein. It makes a difference!

    Drugs.com says: 'Pharmacies put 'do not use after...' dates on prescriptions. Many states require these dates, usually a year from when it's filled.' The Fill Date is when the pharmacy gives the medication to the patient. Most compounding pharmacies don't mix the meds until they get the order.

    The 'use by' date is from when it was given to the patient, not when it was mixed up. Whoever told you otherwise doesn't know what they're talking about.
