    Ozempic + 75 Hard journey

Really interesting to see the muscle definition improvements! Saw someone online go from a size 16 to a size 8 with sema and bootcamp style fitness. Maybe I need to up my workout game. I'm just doing light Pilates right now.

    Ozempic + 75 Hard journey

Do all individuals experience a reduction in weight on this medication, or does it vary from person to person?

    This actually works?!

It's not just the weight loss; it's the mental burden that disappears. I've tried everything to lose weight, but this is the first time it's truly working. Down 46 lbs since March '25 - that's WILD.

    This actually works?!

I'm ready to start, but my appetite is still huge. I'm just beginning, so I hope that changes soon. 🙌

Sterile water packs - yay or nay?

Scale is important Taylor1982. If you add 7.5mL of bacteriostatic water to that 15mg GHRP2 vial, then each 1mL will have 2000mcg, 0.5mL has 1000mcg, and .05mL has 100mcg. That .05mL is 50 units on a 1mL syringe which is pretty small. I'd suggest using a 0.5mL insulin syringe to draw it since...

    Too much pep stack?

Yeah, it's annoying how much they overhype products like that. It's all about the profit, not really about helping people.

Sterile water packs - yay or nay?

You can find sterile water for injection in single-use vials pretty easily. Something like https://www.amscomedical.com/ABB4887-10 is only a little over a buck each. Just make sure it doesn't have anything added like bacteriostatic agents or buffers. ABB4887-10 is a good example.

    Too much pep stack?

Your English is great! I was just pointing out for Lou the "if used wrong" part of your post about tesa and diabetes. I was also adding that it's FDA approved. I didn't mean to say that all FDA approved drugs are safe no matter what. We're on the same page.

    Too much pep stack?

It's the "if used wrong" part that's key. Tesa is actually FDA approved, but you have to stick to the recommended dosages.

    GLP-1s: Study Share

I did 5mg of tirzepatide. Semaglutide is way better in my opinion. And cheaper too.

    GLP-1s: Study Share

I'm not sure where this person is getting their information, but it's like ChatGPT's less-developed sibling. Cagritutide is not a thing.
