    Brain Boosting Protocol?

You might want to look into the specific locations they use for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). It's often used for treatment-resistant depression, but since there's a possible connection between depression and Alzheimer's (both involving dopamine), it could be interesting. It's very...

    Real deal BAC water?

Thanks, I understand now! I've only ever used the brand name stuff. This solution came with a peptide order, and I'd never seen it before.

    Real deal BAC water?

Thanks! I get it now. I was given this stuff and it's just been sitting around because I hadn't heard of it. I kept meaning to ask about it.

    Real deal BAC water?

I've got some peptide dissolving fluid here, a 30mL vial that says it contains 0.9% Benzyl Alcohol. I know the stuff from big pharma is considered top quality, but I'm wondering if there's a real difference? I've read that the 0.9% Benzyl Alcohol is what makes it okay for multiple uses. If this...

Ozempic: Weight came back. Now what?

Talked to my endocrinologist about this, and she said, "This is likely a lifetime medication. Maybe not Ozempic specifically, but you'll probably be on some kind of GLP-1 drug forever." I'm looking at it this way: Because of Ozempic, my blood pressure is normal now after needing medication for...

Ozempic: Weight came back. Now what?

That's usually what happens with any weight loss program. The odds aren't great. Tons of studies show that most people, like 80% or more, gain all the weight back, and sometimes even more, within 5 years or even sooner. You'll probably lose the weight again, but the real question is, what are...

Finally fitting into my old jeans!

Yes, I was. It was a game changer, but I also made some serious lifestyle changes too, like eating better and getting more active. The meds helped me get there though.

Finally fitting into my old jeans!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! It means a lot to me. It wasn't easy, but so worth it. I'm thinking of getting some cosmetic surgery now. Never thought I'd say that!

Finally fitting into my old jeans!

I'm seriously in shock. I can actually slide into my old high school jeans. Never thought this day would come. It's been about 2 years since I started this journey. I started around 310, and this morning the scale said 140. I've lost 170 pounds! I am so, so happy.
