18mg weekly and still running things pretty casually, respect that. Most people I talk to at higher doses get pretty obsessive about optimizing. Good reminder that simple can work.
Day before injection is the trough - serum levels at their lowest and appetite starts signaling. The sugar craving the night before is the medication's half-life talking.

I've heard some people find it helpful to use a tracking app to monitor their food intake and any side effects. Tracking protein and fiber intake can be a game changer. There are free apps out there that can help you stay on top of it.
Don't be afraid. People tend to post when something goes wrong. Do your shot in the evening, and buy some protein powder; it'll be your new best friend :D
My last package (coming into Switzerland) was quoted at 7-9 days and showed up on day 8 - so today! Overall, I'm really pleased with how fast they respond, how quickly I get a tracking number, and the delivery speed.
Have you had bloodwork done? Check your thyroid, vitamin D, and B12 levels. I was really low on vitamin D, and my weight didn't change until I started supplementing with vitamin D, K2, and magnesium.
I ordered some reta online from a place that seemed pretty legit. They're saying it could be a month before it even ships. Does that sound right to anyone else?
I have to use a calorie tracking app every day, without exception. If I don't, it's like driving somewhere without directions and hoping you make it lol.
I doubt 100 mcg would do much. I did 1200 mg for 5 days (Mon-Fri), then 600 mg M-W-F. About to switch to 1500 mg vials and reduce dose to 500 mg 3 times weekly.
I'm finishing up 600 mg vials before I move to 1500s. The 600s mix fine with 1 ml BAC and I'm injecting the whole vial subq at once with a 31g 1/2” 1ml insulin syringe. No problems at all.
Soon switching from 600 mg to 500 mg. Gonna mix 1500 w/ 3ml, and pin 1ml 3x/wk.
