    One year on... wow!

I try to hit the gym 3-4 times a week. Mostly cardio, but I've started lifting lighter weights to tone up a bit now that I'm maintaining.

    Why isn't Lilly hyping Reta?

I'm curious about their timing. Even with tirzepatide's release, Ozempic sales still grew by about 25% in 2024 and are up another 15% YOY through Q2 2025. Novo claims the growth is slowing, but 15% is still impressive. If tirzepatide's growth mirrors or exceeds semaglutide's, I wonder if...

    Why isn't Lilly hyping Reta?

If they're worried about potential liver problems, it would make sense why they're being so quiet.

    Why isn't Lilly hyping Reta?

They heavily promote the oral version in company filings. They mention tons of other drugs in their pipeline, but not retatrutide. I've been an investor for a while and I'm just puzzled why they aren't talking about it more.

    One year on... wow!

The first pic was August '24, the second is from today. I really enjoy comparing them! I'm heading off the injections after being on sema for nine months, and I'm feeling great. I've dropped 65 pounds and I feel like I'm able to keep it off, which is amazing. I feel like me again! ❤️

That's good to know. I've been stuck for a few weeks now, and I was starting to get worried. I'll keep going.

    Why isn't Lilly hyping Reta?

Has anyone else noticed that Lilly hasn't been promoting retatrutide in their recent press releases about upcoming medications?

Clothing sizes are messing w/my head!

I totally get not knowing how to deal with your new size! I'm not there yet, but I'm realizing I have no clue what it's like to be average size. I've always been the biggest person in the room. I wonder if my past weight loss fails were because I was scared of the unknown.

Clothing sizes are messing w/my head!

Your mindset rocks. Being grateful and giving yourself time to adapt is awesome! You've been heavier all your life, so your body needs time to adjust to the new normal. You get it, and that's great. Thanks for sharing! You're an inspiration!

They should've called it 'OrforglipOWNED' lol

    Down 130! My GLP-1 journey

You look fantastic! Did you get any work done on your face, like fillers? Or is it just the weight loss making the difference? (Hoping for similar results!)

    Down 50lb! Weight loss update

Your face came out beautifully! How did the skin tighten up so nicely? I'm 55 and worried mine won't bounce back.

Tirzepatide: A New Weight Loss Option?

Looking at 15 mg in 10 vials here. Will I actually lose weight with this and is it something safe to use?

    Hit goal weight, avoiding cardio

Even though you're seeing results and look awesome, it's a great chance to get into *some* kind of cardio or exercise. You'll be grateful later. People who regain the weight after stopping are usually the ones who only relied on the medication and did nothing else. You likely won't be on it...

    Sema changed my life!

I saw a scary story about someone who lost weight too fast and it turned out to be cancer. So scary! But it masked the symptoms because everyone just thought it was the meds working. Definitely listen to your body!

    Sema changed my life!

Aim for 90g of protein and under 40g carbs and you'll feel amazing. You already are, but you'll feel even stronger. I was stressing about hair loss, lol. What a transformation. I'm so happy for you. Keep it up.
