    At first, some nausea, but it faded pretty fast. Just gotta stay hydrated and eat small portions when you're starting out. Nothing major!

    Thanks everyone for the support! For those asking for tips, I really focused on protein intake and consistent exercise. OMAD (One Meal A Day) helped a lot during the week, but I definitely allowed myself some flexibility on weekends. It's about finding a balance that works for you!

    From early summer at 205 to now, hovering around 174. I was already killing myself at the gym and eating healthy, but I just couldn't drop the pounds. So glad I finally talked to my doctor. Feeling awesome!
