Tired after upping Tirz dose - anyone else?

Two years here doing this and some days I still can't believe it works. Lost a good amount and maintenance keeps things steady. Diarrhea hit me rough at first too - took a while to figure out what helped. Skin changes are real, but the tradeoff of feeling better and moving easier makes it worth it.

    Reta/Tirz Cycles - am I crazy?

Interesting. I don't have blood pressure issues, but I'm always curious about ways to optimize things. Thanks for the tip!

    Reta/Tirz Cycles - am I crazy?

I feel like I just wanna buy a Reta 30x10 vial because I want to collect glp1s... but I could get twice as much tirz for the same cost, and it's safer.

    Reta/Tirz Cycles - am I crazy?

When I say 'T30 vial' I mean the standard 30mg x 10 vials that you can buy... so 300mg of tirz total. I thought you were supposed to increase the dose by 2.5mg every month? I figured I'd be at 10mg in 3-4 months, not when I run out.

    Reta/Tirz Cycles - am I crazy?

I'm on 5mg tirz once weekly, split into two doses, and have shed about 13 pounds in the last month and a half. I'm planning to bump the dose up to 10-12mg a week once my current supply is gone. I'm curious what the best long-term strategy is here, particularly about cycling. Should I cycle, or...

Lab wait times stressing me out!

On the topic of body composition, does anyone have recs for a good smart scale to monitor water weight? I've dropped around 40 pounds since starting my GLP-1 journey about a year ago and tracking trends has been helpful.

Lab wait times stressing me out!

That estradiol ultrasensitive assay is a pain to run and requires someone who knows what they're doing to get it right. When I was doing similar estrogen tests at a different lab, it would always take at least a week, and sometimes even longer. It definitely makes things hard when you're trying...

    Novel Pep Transparency?

Buying from a website is risky; you don't know the product's origin. Getting peptides from a doctor specializing in anti-aging is the best option. Defy Medical, for instance, uses only FDA-approved peptides.

    Novel Pep Transparency?

If something seems "low priced by US standards," I consider using a compounding pharmacy. The first one I used, Brello, charged $500 for three months of any dose. So, if you're on 15mg, they'll send you nine vials of 22mg each. That means a vial of T-22 from them, mixed by a real pharmacist in a...

    Under 200 club!

I was hoping to get there before the big 4-0. Almost, but I'll still take it! 55 lbs shed this past year. And the lightest I've been in over a decade. Felt like I was crawling the whole time, but I'm happy I stayed the course!

    Size comparions - anyone else?

I agree with FiberTracker, it's hard to picture the end results when you're first starting. It's awesome to see real results like this! Thanks for the inspiration!

    Halfway to my goal weight!

Trying on old clothes is the best! I made the mistake of buying new clothes after losing only 20lbs. Now that I've lost closer to 60, those new clothes are too big! It was a thrill to go from a 3XL to a 1XL, but now I'm fitting into mediums and larges!
