I'm noticing that my snacking has gone way down. I think I'm eating a third of what I used to. I'm only on week 3, so I'm trying to be patient and wait for results like BugStory. Thanks for the inspiration!
I'm curious, what was your approximate daily calorie intake during your journey? I started recently at 8 'units' and I'm noticing around day 5 or so that I'm starting to crave snacks. I'm down about 5 pounds in like 2.5 weeks...
I've dropped around 40ish pounds, and I feel like I look the same. I guess I fit in my clothes a little looser now... but still, it can be discouraging.
