One month down! I'm not really seeing a change when I glance in the mirror, but looking at the photos side by side? Huge difference! Down 17 pounds. So happy. Still a long way to go, and the first photo is a bit cringe.

I'm just grateful for this medication. It's given me a level of confidence I haven't had in years.
