10mg of Ozempic/Wegovy?! That sounds like a super high dose. If the medication isn't working well for you at that dosage, it might be worth switching to a different medication to see if it's a better fit.

Regarding GLP-1s and diabetes, I saw an interesting article about semaglutide potentially reducing the need for insulin in some Type 1 patients. It's still early research, but very promising. Seems like it could really change things for some people...
