It's probably your body changing shape. Since you're so active, maybe you're losing some fat and keeping or building muscle. Those changes usually happen before the scale goes down. You're doing great!

It's totally individual. I noticed appetite changes maybe 8 hours later, but needing to increase over time is normal.
