Tirz, Cagri, Sema all at once?

Cagrilintide is weekly - suppression tends to feel flatter and more baseline than the appetite drop people notice on sema or tirz at start.

5 Months In - Feeling Great!

The last 2kg window is where the rate slows even when the approach is sound - the dose-response flattens near goal weight because there's less to mobilize. That range just takes longer than the earlier drops, which is not the same as stalling.

    GLP-1 & No Results?!

Three months at therapeutic dose with no movement despite appetite suppression is the pattern worth discussing with a prescriber - thyroid panels are usually the first stop.

Best vial size for reconstituted Reta?

Off-topic, but what does SVT stand for in your username? Is it a Ford thing?

Best vial size for reconstituted Reta?

I've frozen Reta twice now 'cause I had these huge vials. I added bac water, split it in half, added more to the part I'd use first, and froze the other half. Did this twice now and haven't noticed any difference in how it feels between the frozen stuff and the fresh stuff, or even my other...

    GLP-1s = heart help?

I keep hearing they're way cheaper in other countries. It's infuriating!

    GLP-1s = heart help?

LOL Beexx, an extra appendage opens up possibilities! I'd trade a toe for it. But wow, In_The_Making, those are amazing results! Congrats! I'm hoping to do the same thing – sema until I plateau, then switch to tirz. Super excited to get going!

    OMG, is that a... jawline?!

You look fantastic! Do you mind if I ask how long it took? I'm currently on week five of my journey with a certain medication and my patience is starting to wear thin.

    OMG, is that a... jawline?!

That's fabulous news! It's wonderful that you are taking charge of your weight early in life. I jumped on the bandwagon at 77! I am super happy for you!

    GLP-1s for Fluffy?

Obese pets are sad. You should weigh their food and change how much you give them if needed. Ditch the kibble. My dogs eat meat, eggs, and organs. It's not hard or pricey. They smell good, no skin stuff, nice fur and their weight is solid. Not smelling like a walking dog treat is worth it on its...

Useful 3D Prints for GLP-1 peeps!

Yeah, I've noticed I can't drink nearly as much as I used to. A couple drinks and I'm done. Hangovers are brutal now too. I'm not complaining, tho!

Needle size panic and dosing GLP-1

Yeah, it happens. Some people draw it out with an insulin syringe to use, but I usually just toss it. It's not worth the hassle for me.

Needle size panic and dosing GLP-1

Maybe I read it wrong, but I thought the OP was aiming for sub-q and just worried about accidentally going IM? If that's right, we agree. 4mm to 8mm isn't reaching the muscle.

I feel amazing & zero side effects! ✨

I remember reading someone else's journey, and they were asked about their diet. They said they followed a plan, avoided alcohol and if they didn't lose weight on a pen, they would up the dose. I wish I had that kind of dedication!

Needle size panic and dosing GLP-1

I doubt you'd even feel a 27G, so don't worry about that. Bending/breaking is a concern, especially with longer 30-31G needles. I'd go with 30G or larger (even 27G, though it's not needed for water-based peptides like these, more for oil-based). Be careful either way! As for needle length...
