I feel amazing & zero side effects! ✨

That is such an encouraging update. The confidence boost is apparent, and it's wonderful to hear the side effects are diminishing. Would you mind if I posted this on the community? It is a community where users post their progress updates and photos from GLP1 journeys, and this would really help...

Hitting my 3 year mark - time for upkeep!

I hear you! My shape is still weird even after losing weight. It's like, where is it all coming from and going to?!

Hitting my 3 year mark - time for upkeep!

You're an inspiration! I've lost 50 pounds in a little over a year but only lost one belly size. It's frustrating!

Hitting my 3 year mark - time for upkeep!

It's weird how when you take a pill for your heart (or to prevent hair loss or for a thyroid issue), no one mentions "maintenance."

    7.5mg Tirz is a BEAST!

7.5mg was rough for me too. Major appetite suppression and some nausea, plus other stuff. Reducing the dose is a good call. Also, if a lower dose is working, stick with it, no need to keep going up if you're still seeing results and not having cravings.

Down 80lbs in 7 months! WOOHOO!

Thanks, everyone! Appreciate the support. To answer the question about IF, no, I didn't do any fasting protocols. Just concentrated on eating healthier and smaller portions.

Booze on GLP-1s: A Cautionary Tale

Amen to that! I learned my lesson with greasy foods. Now I have to watch what I eat AND make sure I get enough fiber to keep things moving. It's a balancing act, for sure.

Booze on GLP-1s: A Cautionary Tale

My problem isn't so much alcohol as it is greasy, fried foods. I've learned to be very careful about how much I eat, or I pay the price later with a bad stomachache.

Booze on GLP-1s: A Cautionary Tale

Seriously regretting my decisions from last night. I wish I could go back and just skip the drinks. I've been sick as a dog, throwing up constantly since last night, and my stomach is in knots. The alcohol hit me WAY harder than usual. Learn from my mistakes, it's not worth it!

How long til you met your goals?

I lost 70 pounds, starting around Labor Day 2023. Now I'm in maintenance and trying to dial in the perfect approach. 12 mg Tirz twice a month seems to be too much, I'm still losing weight. I used a compounded product for the first three months, then went through a few different gray market...

How long til you met your goals?

Thanks for sharing, everyone! Would you say GLP-1s are your longest or largest cuts ever? Have you come close to this before? Coming from my background, these extended cuts are wild to me. I've done long cuts in my 20s, but it's harder now. My biggest cut was in my early 20s, from 210 to 162...

How long til you met your goals?

I'm curious about the durations of weight loss journeys around here. What works in traditional fitness circles seems different from what I see happening with GLP-1s. So, let's compare notes. Typical fitness advice (roughly): * 0.5-1% of body weight lost per week * 10% total body weight loss per...

    Plateau at 7.5mg... now what?

I don't get why people are scared of the higher amounts. 7.5mg was the lowest amount used in most studies. It's the compounding mindset carrying over - trying to stretch the money as long as you can, so riding lower amounts. That doesn't make sense when it's cheap.

    Still got some to lose!

Thanks everyone for the support. It's so good to have a community like this. Been on this for 6 months and struggling with plateaus tbh.
