    Almost at my goal!

.6 pounds per week is still consistent loss - at 157 lbs with 7 to go, the smaller deficit is expected. The final stretch always takes longer than the same weight loss in the first half.

    GHK-Cu: PBS vs. BAC water?

The copper stability issue with BAC is about chelation over time, not immediate degradation - shorter reconstitution windows are generally fine, PBS matters more for extended storage.

    Time to bump the dose?

75 lbs at 12.5mg gives you a clear dose history to retitrate back to - most prior users reach their working level within 4-6 weeks. Bump when suppression becomes uneven mid-cycle, not by the schedule.

    GLP-1 shot and vacay?

I jumped back on my old dose immediately after a break and wow...never again with that! Felt terrible. So proceed with caution when adjusting your dose.

    Considering stopping GLP-1... anyone else?

I saw an article the other day that said most people gain the weight back after stopping. Makes me worried! Anyone had luck keeping it off?

    GLP-1 shot and vacay?

Hey! I totally feel you. I'd say just keep to your normal schedule and don't change it up. Better safe than sorry, especially on a plane. Hope you have an awesome trip!

    Considering stopping GLP-1... anyone else?

I quit the medication and gained maybe 10lbs. I've also had to deal with some family problems, so that hasn't helped. I'm focusing on eating healthy and doing a liver cleanse now. I want a healthier lifestyle and to avoid junk food. It's tough, but we can do it if we're determined!

    Considering stopping GLP-1... anyone else?

For years, I mistakenly thought weight loss and fitness were the same thing. Losing weight mostly happens with your diet, and fitness happens at the gym. They're separate!

LC526 Fat Burner - Anyone tried?

Those and the Lipo C products are really different. It's hard to compare apples and oranges.

LC526 Fat Burner - Anyone tried?

Well, I decided to try it. I have a 10mg premixed vial of some 'Fat Blaster' formula. Initially, I took 0.1mg (10 units) to check for reactions. Nothing, so I increased to 0.25mg (25 units) without issues. A week later, I'm at 0.5mg (50 units) twice a week, still fine. I might increase it a bit...

Pics are more motivating than the scale!

I wish I knew, lol, still working on it. I'm thinking about strength training to build some muscle. Maybe that'll help!

Pics are more motivating than the scale!

Started my journey in August... about 28 pounds down. Lately, it feels like my weight loss has stopped completely. I'm still sticking to the plan – diet, hydration, and workouts. My weight hasn't budged in about 2 weeks while still on a low dose of 0.25mg. I'm kinda scared to increase to 0.5mg...

    Grey market dosage Q

Just a heads up, there's a decimal missing in Shannon's example: Should be: 1. 88ml BAC for about 1mg/.10ml (10 units) 2. 94ml Bac for around 2mg/ .10ml (10 units) I prefer the first option.

    Grey market dosage Q

The average is 18.78, and the differences are small. I'd simplify to 19mg.

Almost 3/4 of the way to my goal!

Yeah, the scale can be a real enemy sometimes. I'd recommend measuring yourself with a soft tape measure to track your progress. If you're building muscle and losing fat, the scale might not tell the whole story! Sometimes you gain a pound or two but actually look leaner.
