    Ozempic success...now what?

I agree with Dose_of_Reality. It's not a mental health issue; it's an endocrine disorder. You can't just control your thyroid with your mind, and the same goes for weight management for some people. If the medication is working and safe, why not stay on it?

How long til you met your goals?

I've heard that tracking measurements can be helpful, too - not just weight alone!

    Ozempic success...now what?

How many months did that take?! Incredible progress!!

    Month and a half check-in!

That's an amazing loss! I'll definitely start taking more photos. It's hard to stay consistent, but it sounds like it's worth it.

    Month and a half check-in!

I'm at about five weeks, and I don't feel like I've lost a single pound.

Me too! Still waiting for more responses, though. :/

    reformresearch.com...anyone used 'em?

I recognize them. They used to be called Precision Peptides. They just changed their name to get into the GLP-1 market. The product quality should be adequate. But, yes, pricey for a non-pharma source.

    Reta sides at tiny dose?

I've read that even low doses can be effective. The trials show benefits beginning right away with the starting dose, even with just 1mg. Maybe it's just individual sensitivity.

    Reta sides at tiny dose?

I keep seeing on forums and social media that the good effects of reta only start happening at medium or higher dosages. I just want to say that the clinical trials disagree, with benefits starting right away, even at 1mg. Maybe people have too-high expectations, or maybe they're already used...

    EasyTouch vs BD...syringe recs?

PLEASE don't throw used needles in the trash. It puts the sanitation workers at risk for accidental needle sticks, which are very scary when you don't know what the needle was used for. It's actually against the law to put loose needles in the regular garbage where I am...

    EasyTouch vs BD...syringe recs?

Someone on another forum suggested the 31g 8mm from a big needle manufacturer. The needle tip kept bending when I tried to puncture the vial. Then I read that another person had a similar problem. Maybe it was just me, so I threw the rest away. I've had no issues using Easy Touch of the same size.

Reta vs Tirz clinical trial - anyone joining?

I agree, GlucoseGoldie. I've been insulin resistant for nearly two decades and semaglutide has been the ONLY thing that has helped... but it costs almost a grand every couple months. It's insane.

Reta vs Tirz clinical trial - anyone joining?

Yeah, but most of us here are probably using research products, so we're likely ineligible. The screening will catch it. Too bad, a free year-long trial would be amazing.

RS is glued to the toilet 😫

Frequent episodes of diarrhea can significantly impact electrolyte balance. It's important for your RS to stay well-hydrated with fluids containing electrolytes. Oral rehydration solutions can be helpful. If the diarrhea persists or becomes severe, medical evaluation is recommended to rule out...

    Mazdutide: Next big thing?

I tell everyone I'm on GLP-1s. I have diabetes, so it's the truth. But even if I didn't, I would tell everyone if they asked. Nothing to be ashamed of!
