Training for my first 5k! I've lost around 32 pounds and my knees don't feel like they're going to explode on a light jog anymore 🤣. Taking it slow to avoid injuries. Sticking to the C25k program!

Runner here! I usually do 6-7k runs 4 times a week. After a week on 2mg Reta, my energy got WAY better. I did 5 runs in a row with no walking or sore muscles! Hope it lasts!

These comments are why I'd never share before and after photos. I was clinically obese and am still clinically overweight, but people will just assume health at a glance. It's either jealousy or skewed perspective. You look great!

The mental health boost from the weight loss is so underrated. People focus on the number on the scale, but feeling good in your own skin is priceless. This is a marathon, not a sprint, so stay consistent!

You could use some kind of chemical sterilizer, but if you're doing anything with a rubber stopper, like for vials, the stoppers will probably get damaged if they sit in the solution long enough to sterilize properly. Then you have to rinse off the chemicals without re-contaminating things. And...

They're for cleaning, not sterilizing. It's just a way to get junk off of things before you actually sterilize them.
