    Hit a plateau... finally broken!

To ScaleHater_1985: Are you eating differently? The medication itself wont make you lose weight, you have to eat a little less; counting calories helps some people.

    Hit a plateau... finally broken!

My dad declared he was giving up, saying he was some medical anomaly incapable of getting below 250lbs. The next day, his plateau ended. You have to trick the scale into thinking you don’t care, lol.

    Hit a plateau... finally broken!

I see some minor ups and downs, but not a true plateau. Consider using a weight tracking app; it's easier to see trends that way. Congrats on the progress!

    Stacking GLP-1s... too much?

Feeling hungry isn't a reason to increase your meds. It's normal to feel hungry. Are you experiencing excessive food noise? Are you losing weight at a healthy rate (around 1-2 lbs per week)? Great Peps - Anyone order?

Start low at 2.5 unless you really feel like you need more. I got solid results there and never went higher. Just got my first order and it shipped clean - only a couple pucks damaged out of ten. Should be ready to go.

Apparently, it helps your brain catch up. You could even try a little pep talk with each photo, like 'I'm doing great,'...

Bikini body goals unlocked! Thanks, GLP-1s!

Body was probably fighting itself metabolically before. GLP-1 seems to flip a switch that lets things normalize. Some days appetite just vanishes, other days normal - but weight still trends down either way. Trusting the process works.

    GLP-1s: Magic or nah?

I stopped the injections after losing 60+ pounds. Stopped around May because I hit my goal. I check my weight regularly, eat when I'm actually hungry, and watch the carbs. I don't lift weights but stay active gardening and cleaning. So far, haven't gained any back! I wasn't a huge overeater, but...

Finally under 200 after all these years!

Losing slowly does seem to help minimize the excess skin. Also, strength training is key!
