Dry eyes on Tirz? Anyone else?

I see some people are getting fatigue. Make sure you're eating enough. You need fuel to burn fat. Use a TDEE calculator, there are tons online, to figure out your calorie needs, then subtract 500 calories for weight loss - but don't go any lower than that! Malnutrition will definitely make you...

Dry eyes on Tirz? Anyone else?

Yeah, watch out for the preservatives in those drops. If you're using them more than the package says, switch to preservative-free drops. They come in those little single-use vials. You can recap them with the broken-off piece and reuse them for a few days, just keep it clean and wash your hands...

    8 Months On: Still Working?

Yeah, I tweaked both. Nothing extreme, just more mindful eating and trying to walk a bit more each day. Small changes add up!

    Anyone used that one store?

I've ordered from them, and the communication and shipping have been great. Their prices are a little higher, especially from the US warehouse, but I liked that I could use Venmo.

    8 Months On: Still Working?

I'm using 'MY Weight' to keep track. Also, 'Shotsy' is another app I've found helpful.

    Anyone used that one store?

I don't know anything about them but I've never gotten a labeled vial from a supplier in Asia. When I bought small amounts stateside they were labeled... at 10x the cost!

    8 Months On: Still Working?

It's been eight months since I started on semaglutide, switching to Wegovy later, and I've shed about 22% of my initial weight. Honestly, it's been a game-changer after struggling to lose weight through just diet and hitting the gym.

    Anyone used that one store?

I got my order yesterday in only two days! I can't try it out yet because I'm about to have a kid next week, so I was just prepping for when I can start my research again, lol. The lab reports are posted for the batch though, and they seem good so fingers crossed. I'm happy with the vendor and...

    Ozempic plateau - anyone else?

Just thinking out loud here, but are you sure you're counting all your calories correctly? The apps that guess calories from a picture can be really off. And the calorie burn numbers from fitness trackers can be way wrong too.

    Ozempic plateau - anyone else?

I'm in a similar spot. I've lost nothing since March after doing well before. My plan is to switch meds when my current supply is gone.

    Ozempic plateau - anyone else?

Bodies need time to adjust. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Congrats on your progress. You got this!

    Down 80lbs! Woot!

I'm curious about this too. Knowing the dosages helps understand the journey better.

    Down 80lbs! Woot!

Did your new eating plan involve a significant reduction in calories, or what specific dietary shifts did you make to achieve these results? Excellent work by the way

    Ozempic cheaper in Canada?

The max approved dose for Ozempic is 2mg weekly. If you're still struggling with your blood sugar at 0.5mg, talk to your doctor about potentially increasing the dose.

NAD+ Dosage - Am I Doing This Right?

I'd suggest switching to Ipamorelin. I used to take GHRP2 with Mod GRF 1-29, and felt like I was always hungry. I've heard GHRP6 is even worse for that! I had to stop the Mod GRF because I was getting chest tightness and feeling tired. I actually thought it was the Ipamorelin at first. Now I...
