    PCOS + GLP-1 update!

That's a great question Thin-Possible I am so sorry you are going through that issue. I have heard that some people with PCOS have had success conceiving while on GLP-1 medications, but it's best to talk to your doctor about that. I know someone who was on a low dose of Mounjaro and got pregnant...

    PCOS + GLP-1 update!

Thin-Possible: My cycles have become more regular, yes! I was taking inositol before starting the medication, but I've stopped taking it since my hormones seem to be more balanced now.

    PCOS + GLP-1 update!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! I'll try to answer some questions: B_W_Thompson: I'm on the highest dose now, 2mg. Dose_Guy: I try to do cardio 3-4 times a week (running or swimming), and some light strength training 2 times a week. Robin: I haven't noticed any thinning, thankfully!

    Let's get active, folks!

I just invested in a basic treadmill with incline. Now I need to actually use it! How much time should I spend on it daily, or how many miles should I aim for? Any advice?

    PCOS + GLP-1 update!

Started at 210, now at 148! Just wanted to share my experience. For years, dealing with PCOS has been such a battle. I tried every type of diet and workout, but the scale wouldn't budge. It was so disheartening. About a year ago, I managed to get approved for a GLP-1 medication (a name-brand...

    Mixing Tirz... is that cool?

Oh no! I'm already not sleeping great on tirz. Tesofensine sounds scary! Maybe I'll just stick to increasing my tirz dose like WellWin suggested. Thanks for the warning QueenMarshmallow!

    Patience is key, newbies!

I really needed this! I'm also a slow responder...around 20 pounds in half a year. Your encouragement is really helpful!

    Ozempic success at low dose!

Same for low-dose testosterone at 200mg? Wondering if mine needs checking. Could low dose cause this effect?

Good to order from these Tirz suppliers?

I'm curious about other online peptide suppliers too! I used one that had a crazy deal once - buy two get one free, plus 40% off. It arrived super fast, but then I got awful stomach cramps and stopped taking it. Could have been a coincidence though!

Good to order from these Tirz suppliers?

One of those companies sent my friends and I a bunch of something else instead of what we ordered (cagrilintide), and what we got tested way low on purity (like, 90% instead of 99%). They said they'd send a replacement, but then just stopped responding. I'd be careful.

    Anyone messing with GLP-1s?

Ummm... what's TRT? And HCG? I'm new to all this. I just wanna lose some weight and feel better. Is this stuff safe?

Dose strength vs vial weight - make sense?

I had bad experiences with that company. I didn't test my stuff, but it felt weaker than other vendors.

Dose strength vs vial weight - make sense?

Could you post the results? It'll clear things up.

Dose strength vs vial weight - make sense?

Oh, okay. If they tested it, that's strange. They may have messed up, or the supplier did.

Dose strength vs vial weight - make sense?

Testing is the only way to know. If it was easy to figure out, people wouldn't pay $300 for it.

Dose strength vs vial weight - make sense?

Are those measures in grams? The active ingredient is measured in milligrams (mg), which is 1/1000th of a gram. 1mg = 0.001g, your scale probably isn't accurate enough to measure that. Vial weights vary slightly. A 1% difference is good. If vials weigh ~6g, 1% is 60mg. Stoppers and caps...

Tirzepatide messing with my stomach :(

Oh man ToneBetter803, I had a similar experience on my anniversary! Didn't realize the wine would hit me so hard. Now I'm SUPER nauseous. Should I send my husband for Pepto?

Tirzepatide messing with my stomach :(

I've heard that the upset stomach thing usually gets better over time. Maybe look into Retatrutide? People say it gives you less tummy trouble, but more of other kinds of side effects.

7 months on Sema and feeling great!

50 pounds is HUGE! How long did that take you, ThinLizzie82? I just started and am trying to get a sense of what to expect.
