    For me, it's been about listening to my body and not forcing anything. Hydration is key, and don't be afraid to adjust your dose if needed (under medical supervision, of course!).

    It's good you're connecting with your doctor, Toni_1977. It's important to monitor mood changes, especially with dosage adjustments. Also, Vitamin D deficiencies can sometimes exacerbate depression, and GLP-1s can sometimes indirectly lower your Vitamin D, so that could be a factor.

    You're doing great! I'm curious, has anyone else experienced body dysmorphia while on this medication? Maybe measuring the changes could help you see the difference objectively?

    I saw a post elsewhere that someone lost 100 lbs! This is very encouraging. Remember, though, that these meds are intended to be used under medical supervision, and always source from reputable pharmacies. There are unfortunately many unregulated sources online.
