Since generic tirz and reta are so common, the brand name companies have probably spent a lot of time trying to make sure it's hard to duplicate the elora peptide. You can't legally hide technical details in a patent application. But you can strategically write it so others can't easily copy it...

Yes, that's essential, in my experience. The medication helps control my appetite, but I still focus on eating healthy, protein-rich foods and try to get in some movement most days. Even just walking helps!
