    Off the meds! Now what?

For those tracking their progress, I've heard some people like using apps like "MY Weight" or "Shotsy" to keep an eye on injection sites, side effects, and overall well-being, not just the scale. Might be helpful!

Hungry after my dose... anyone else?

I've noticed a difference in my hunger since starting this medication. I still get hungry, but the blood sugar crashes and urgency to eat aren't as bad. I'll get around to eating something eventually.

Hungry after my dose... anyone else?

Were you near any scar tissue when you gave yourself the shot? I've had several procedures, and I notice my dose isn't as effective if I'm too close to an incision.

    One year (early) on Mounjaro!

It's definitely worth discussing with your doctor. Rapid dose escalation isn't always necessary, and staying at a lower effective dose minimizes potential side effects.

    Nausea on GLP-1s: what helps

NAUSEA ON GLP-1 MEDICATIONS: WHY IT HAPPENS & WHAT TO DO I have been seeing the same themes come up repeatedly: nausea after injections, nausea while eating, nausea during workouts, nausea at higher doses, and confusion about whether it is "fullness," low blood sugar, or something more...

Vet grade vs human grade injectables?

Many peptides are not approved by the FDA and cannot be sold legally. This regulation is bypassed when they are sold as research chemicals, but it is riskier for you.

Vet grade vs human grade injectables?

A lot of "vet grade" medications are the same as their human counterparts, especially generics. Even vet grade is supposed to be sterile if made by a real pharma company. That is much better than random research products, but make sure it's real vet grade.

Hit my goal weight! Dress time!

I've noticed a big difference in my face since I lost weight. After getting a haircut and shaving my beard, I barely recognized myself! My own kid was confused! Feels good, though.

    Down 145lb! OMG!

It's best to schedule an appointment to discuss your medical history and weight loss goals with your doctor. They can determine if it's the right solution for you and explain potential side effects.

    Anyone heard of this source?

Getting peptides from a doctor/clinic is often the best option. They use compounding pharmacies, that should have better quality control than random online vendors.
