Yeah, some doctors are too quick to increase the dose. If you're losing weight and feeling good on a certain dose, there's no need to increase it until you plateau. Some people even go back to a lower dose that worked for them. It might be worth discussing with your doctor.

I have also heard of people who have used online pharmacies and had success. I think it really depends on the pharmacy and location.

My clinic actually uses one of these compounding pharmacies for other meds. Right now, they're sidestepping the patent by using slightly different doses and adding glycine plus B12. So, it's not *just* Tirzepatide.

I said I didn't agree, personally. I'd rather be on 2.5mg of tirz and .25 of cagri than on 15mg of tirz, because the side effects of that much tirz would be completely unmanageable. There are also plenty of opinions in the medical community that remaining at the lowest effective dose is ideal...

I have a different opinion. I think staying on the lowest effective dose is better, both for your body and your wallet. If a low dose of tirz plus a low dose of cagrisema (or just cagri) works, that's better than needing 15mg of tirz every week. Also, saying tirz is going to be a 'dead drug' is...

hit 111 lbs after starting at 145 about 11 months back, and body fat dropped from 36% down to 25% so pretty much at my target now since i'm 5'1. thinking about stretching out the dosing schedule from every 3.5 days to 5, then maybe 7 days eventually.
