    PT-141 for the wife...? Dosage?

Lilly's still running clinical trials on higher doses without canceling for safety, and we've both done higher doses, so 15mg definitely isn't the ceiling. Thought about going to 25mg but not sure if that's the move.

    Pre-shot ritual?

reading more about glps and what it takes to keep weight off and yeah obesity's a condition, some of us got it. medicines help but temporary — real fix is lifestyle. only like 4-6% of people keep it off long-term and you know what that takes? tapering off, moving, clean food, sometimes fasting...

    No appetite - force feed?

Absolutely. Cortisol spikes from stress interfere with the med's effectiveness. Look into ashwagandha for cortisol management. Magnesium glycinate before bed might help too, especially if stress affects your sleep.

    No appetite - force feed?

I don’t say force it. I *choose* to eat a tiny, healthy portion. A handful of thawed shrimp with cocktail sauce. Pepper slices with hummus.

    Appetite back on higher dose?

There's a lot of emerging research that GLP-1 agonists don't just affect appetite, but also have a major impact on emotional regulation and mental health. Some studies are showing a connection between stress/PTSD and overeating, due to the endocrine system and stress hormones.

    Appetite back on higher dose?

It's also possible the medication itself isn't great. I switched pharmacies recently and the stuff I'm getting now is basically useless. I'm on a high dose and can barely tell I took anything. I'm looking for a different provider and pharmacy ASAP.

    Mounjaro - Hunger coming back?

I'm not even 72 hours after the first dose and I feel I'm back to normal. It's still early and it hasn't built up in my system, and 2.5 isn't therapeutic, but I secretly hoped I wouldn't have to really struggle after the first 48 hours seemed so promising!

    Appetite back on higher dose?

This totally happened to me when I was on Ozempic. Every time I went up a dose, the food cravings hit hard for a couple of weeks before leveling out. My doctor said it's pretty common while you adjust to each increase. I eventually switched to tirzepatide for other reasons, but those appetite...

    Mounjaro - Hunger coming back?

Your body is getting used to the medication. You'll probably see the effect ramp up around 5 mg. Make sure you drink enough water, eat healthy food, and deal with any constipation. The side effects can be tough. Down 80 lbs, maintaining for 2 years.

GLP-1s and Acne Flare-Ups? Anyone else?

Semaglutide definitely worsened my acne right away. I woke up with several new pimples after my very first dose, which I thought was strange. It's still happening now. Just putting it out there as a 40-something who's battled acne since they were a kid. My sema doesn't contain any added B...

I'm still figuring this out myself. I woke up choking on vomit the other night. Walks, sipping water, or even chewing gum while walking helps me.

    Stacking ALL the peptides?

Telomeres *might* lengthen with epithalon, but we don't know if lengthening them actually extends lifespan. We only have data suggesting that short telomeres are linked to earlier death. Also, some of those at-home biological age tests aren't very reliable. You can test yourself twice at the...
