Stacking peptides with Reta...anyone tried it?

I used SS-31 for 6 weeks then transitioned to Mots-C. I am doing the 14-week protocol that's been shared. The idea is SS-31 repairs damaged mitochondria and Mots-c optimizes their function. I also take 600mg of NR daily. I didn't feel much from the SS-31, but Mots-C feels like an energy boost...

    Rybelsus - one month in!

That's great! I'm in my second month. I started on 1.5mg and lost about 10 pounds. I moved up to the 7mg tablet, and I haven't lost anything yet, which is weird, in my opinion.

    Accidental GLP Baby?!

Congrats! Don't think you're doomed to come out of pregnancy heavier. I was at my best metabolically while pregnant. My calorie intake was finally going to good use!! Eating well and staying active can help those with higher body fat actually lose fat. I had a big baby and only gained 10 pounds...

    5A1MQ experiences?

I have capsules of 50 mg to take orally. I used it twice, roughly a month apart. Both times I ended up with one of the worst migraines I have ever experienced. I realize it might sound absurd, but I plan to use it once more before I stop. I am in no rush. I might try taking it on a NAD+ day.

Face changes after big weight loss?!

Smart to check baseline numbers first - lipids, glucose, thyroid and the rest before jumping in. The GLP changes you see over a few months, especially beyond just weight, are what keep you going.

    Low dose success!

I saw someone on another forum say that they lost 82 pounds, going from 249 to 166. It's really encouraging! These medications can make a HUGE difference when combined with a healthy lifestyle.

    GLP-1s: My decade-long weight journey

Curious how this plays out in the long run. Will you need to stay on it indefinitely, or is there a maintenance story that stabilizes?

    Low dose success!

Fantastic! Proof that you don't always need the highest dose. It might be a little more effort, you might be a little hungrier, but it's worth it. I'm proud of you!
