    filtering doesn't really get rid of endotoxins, just particles and bacteria. dentist stuff probably wouldn't come from endotoxins anyway, that's usually more systemic. if you're getting into grey areas, take it slow and read the forum first. tons of useful info here.

    Muscle weighs more but takes up less space. Speeds up metabolism which is the real win.

    Reached my goal! Woot!

    Great job. I'm in week 13, and I've lost 12kg. I went from 118kg at 186cm tall, so a similar start. I feel better every day and enjoy being photographed on vacation. I'd like to lose another 12kg and then build some muscle.
